Finding Your Edge
We all have boundaries and thresholds and sometimes we push through them without fear and sometimes we push through them with trepidation. Today and just for today, when you get to a boundary or a threshold, know how you feel about it. You can then choose to push through knowing if it is going to improve your situation or not.
It is important to always know how you feel about things because your emotions and your feelings are your barometer of what it is doing to your body, your mind and your soul. If you keep doing things that create a feeling of fear inside yourself then maybe you are doing something that is not the best for you. If on the other hand you are doing something that although fearful, makes you feel really wonderful, then keep on doing it.
Your edge is determined by how you feel. Boundaries are great to push through so that you can expand with joy and happiness. Edges are there to let you know if what you are doing is right for you. So when you get to the edge of somethig today, know how you feel about it, then make the choice, is this going to make me ultimately feel better, or worse. Rock N Roll Jeff & Val
