Life!

Jeff had just taken the garbage outside and when he came back inside the house he said with a downward look, ”Wow there’s a lot of water out there.” Then he said, “I know it’s because all the snow is melting, and I just realized, water is life! Water is good. We need it to soak into the ground and give life to the plants–to us.” Then he smiled, “I was looking at ithe water as a problem, like, ‘Oh Lord look at all this water!’ Instead I realize it’s more like, ‘wow look at all this life-giving water!’”
And that is life. Always amazing, always good, always giving us more life, more opportunities to be amazing. So today is about looking at things from the perspective of goodness. Everything has a seed of goodness inside it, a kernal of well-being, everything is rooted in life. And it is up to you and I to nurture it so it sprouts into more goodness, and more feelings of well-being, more life. Today, let’s smile, let’s laugh, let’s be happy. Rock N Roll Val & Jeff
